Additional Access or Amending an Existing Registration
Complete any additional or amendment forms as required. You are able to complete the forms below directly on screen, print and sign before submitting to the bank.
| Authorised User - Digital Certificate Application |
- For any additional employee of the company requiring access to authorise payments
- Each applicant will receive a Digital Certificate & passphrase to be used online when authorising payments.

| Direct Entry (DE) Credit User Application |
- For existing customers
- Only complete if the company requires to process Direct Entry payment files eg. Payroll or multiple creditor payments.

Additional Linked Company Application
|
- Only complete if you wish to access other St.George bank accounts from an additional company
- You will need the additional company's details including ABN/ACN
- You will need the Additional Companys' bank account details.
- You will need the signature(s) of the Additional Company’s authorised signing parties.

- Only complete if you wish to access access the director’s or principal’s personal accounts held at St.George
- You will need the company details the registration is in
- You will need the personal bank account number
- You will be able to restrict User access to personal accounts through the Company Administration menu.

- To add/remove bank accounts
- To register for Overseas Telegraphic Transfers
- To amend your billing account
- To amend one or two Users required to Authorise payments
- Change the level of access of a Company Administrator
- Increase the access of an existing Authorise User to include Company Admin access

- To give you access to process Letters of Credit under a Trade Finance Facility held with St.George.
- To give you access to process a Telegraphic Transfer Funded under a Trade Finance Facility held with St.George.
