Pay your Bills using BPAY^®

How does it work?

BPAY is a national electronic bill payment service, jointly developed by Australia's leading financial institutions. If your bill displays the BPAY logo, you can pay it through St.George Phone or Internet Banking.

All you need do is check that the BPAY logo is displayed on your bill, note the Biller Code, the Customer Reference Number and the amount you need to pay, then follow the step by step instructions provided.

To make things easier for you, Internet Banking remembers each biller you pay and stores them as your favourite Billers. Using Internet Banking you can pay your bills straight away or schedule for them to be paid later. You can even set up regular payments weekly, fortnighly or monthly for up to 24 months in advance.

Plus, you will get a receipt each time you make a payment.

Which bills can I pay via BPAY?

You can pay any bill with the BPAY logo displayed. Check the back of your statement for payment options.

Some of the most common are:

• Phone Bills including Telstra, Optus and Vodafone
• Electricity Bills including Energy Australia, Integral Energy and AGL
• Water rates including Sydney Water and SA Water
• Credit card bills

Are there any minimum or maximum limits that apply?

There are certain limits that apply. Each Biller sets individual minimum and maximum transaction limits. These may be higher or lower than the limits we impose.

We impose a maximum daily limit of $100,000 per day however certain billers have a reduced limit of $15,000. Find out more.
