How do I register for Internet Banking?
Simply call our customer service centre on 1300 555 203 (+612 9845 4160 overseas) 8am – 9pm [AEST], 7 days and select option 1. One of our friendly staff will help you get started.
Can I try Internet Banking before I register?
Yes, We have a Flash demonstration available. Please take 5 minutes to experience some of Internet Banking’s features and functions.
What do I do if I forget my password or security number?
You can reset your Security Number or Password online. Simply click the related link on the Internet Banking logon screen and follow the prompts. It’s quick, easy and secure.
